From the 18th through 24th, there would be series of talk sessions and radio programs on ClassicFM, Lagos starting with Women in Enterprise at The US Consulate. Walter Carrington Street, Victoria Island, Lagos.
A keynote address tagged “Removing Barriers To Scaling Up” will have Women Entrepreneurs in a Round Table Discussion, women who are setting up businesses, driving multinationals businesses and doing businesses that the society ascribed to men telling their challenges and triumph in their journey. Also, we would have “Women in Technology”. Women in this field who have broken the jinx of technology been just for the men will be there, sharing their experiences and also share the role technology plays in moving businesses!
Youth are the future of every nation, if a generation is lost the nation’s economy will not survive. EDC aims to expose young people to the benefits of entrepreneurship, innovation and creativity and how they can turn little ideas into big businesses. GEWNg2013 will feature the 3rd Student Entrepreneurship Dialogue with the theme: "Africa Rising- Market place for young ideas" and Sub Theme: "Value Creation Era - Generation of job creators". This would be held at the Lagos Business School, Ajah. Lagos.
On the third day, #GEWNg2013 will be live in the beautiful city of Calabar! Cross River State, will be hosting the Agro Ignite! The bane of the Nigerian Economy is Oil and Gas; this will not last forever, hence the promotion of Agriculture which we are richly blessed with. We will be having a Guest Speaker from the Federal Ministry of Agriculture. It will be a platform to engage Agricultural Business and stakeholders on the state of agriculture in Nigeria.
On the 21st on November, we would be having “Walk with a CEO” at Abuja, this session starts with a walk, with the theme: "Going the Distance" wherein the CEO shares his/her business story, with the challenges that goes with it. A Question & Answer Session follows thereafter.
Also, the much awaited Market Access Nigeria, Lagos will take place this period! All roads lead to the Civic Centre, Victoria Island, Lagos. This event is expected to create market access for credible small and growing business (SGBs), to bridge the gap between large companies and small and growing business while fostering network & partnership opportunities and a lot more.
On the 22nd of November, there would be a Wealth & Wellness Fair, where health issues would be discussed, breast cancer and healthy living in general. like the popular saying, 'Health is Wealth', at EDC inasmuch as entrepreneurship is encouraged greatly, your well being is not overlooked. So, make it a date! We will be discussing:
Stress Management, Breast Cancer ,etc and there will be an exhibition on healthy foods & Drinks.

On the 6th of December, the #GEWNg2013 Grand Finale holds at Havilah Events, Plot 6 Chief Yesufu Abiodun , Oniru Street. Oniru Estate. By City of David, Victoria Island, Lagos.
This event marks the end of the GEW and EDC Celebration of entrepreneurial activities. Part of the highlight is the induction of EDC Alumni Life Member/ Dinner.
